Coşkun Rug, located in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul, not only offers a wide array of
both new and antique Turkish rugs, but also
is used by many local merchants for their seamless repair of damaged carpets.
They assure that each and every rug to leave their shop is in near perfect condition
using carefully selected repair materials
matching color, material and even strand count of the original rug.
They also offer this extensive array of natural fibers such as Camel Hair and Goat Hair to spinners,
weavers, and other textile artists from around the world.
Inside our shop
We have rugs along the walls that are well-inventoried by style, color, technique, size, material and
a number of other characteristics. Because of this inventory system, if you have a special request
we will most freqeuntly be able to find the exact carpet for you.
Our Family
We are a family owned and operated shop. We are very small, but honor is one of the characteristics
we bring to you. While many larger Wholesalers say they offer you the best price,
we truly offer a great price, hoping that you will return to us many times again.
Our Inventory
While we try to keep our web page inventory current, we are working over great distances,
and several time zone changes. If a rug is not available, we will do our best to
present you with several carefully selected similar alternatives.
